1. Strictly necessary
These are required for the site and app to work and need no consent.
- Session and sign-in storage (local storage on this site): keeps you logged in to your dashboard.
- Cookie notice choice (local storage): remembers that you dismissed or answered the cookie notice.
- Security: our hosting and payment provider may set cookies to prevent fraud and abuse (for example on Stripe checkout pages).
2. The chat widget on customers' websites
When a business embeds the AgentPro widget on its site, the widget stores a random visitor identifier and the current conversation reference in the visitor's browser (local storage) so the conversation continues across pages. It does not track visitors across other websites and sets no advertising cookies. The business that embedded the widget is responsible for telling its visitors about it.
3. Analytics
We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising cookies on https://agentpro.chat. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in the future, they will be listed here and, where consent is required, enabled only after you accept them in the cookie notice.
4. Managing cookies
You can clear local storage and cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so signs you out of the dashboard. Questions: privacy@agentpro.chat.
